Cladding

uPVC cladding is a maintenance free, weatherproof long lasting material. It is an economical way to both improve the appearance of a house and to make the walls rainproof. By adding thermal insulation behind the cladding heat loss is reduced, so making the house warmer and at the same time cutting energy bills.

Treated timber battens are fixed to the wall and closed-cell waterproof thermal insulation sheets installed. Over these a vapour permeable waterproof membrane is fixed. Finally, the interlocking uPVC cladding panels are fixed.
